Why paintless instead of a body shop

What is paintless dent repair?
Paintless dent repair (PDR) reshapes the metal from behind the panel with specialized rods and glue-pull tools, under a reflection light board. No filler, no sanding, no repainting. The factory paint stays original.
Which dents cannot be fixed with PDR?
Dents where the paint is cracked or chipped, where the metal is stretched or torn, and sharp creases on a panel edge usually cannot be finished cleanly with PDR. Plastic bumpers are not PDR work either. Send a photo and we tell you honestly.
Do you work on aluminum panels?
PDR works on aluminum hoods, doors and tailgates, but aluminum is stiffer and has less memory than steel, so repairs take longer and cost more. Send a photo and the make and model, and we confirm whether the panel qualifies.
