Mobile service questions
Do you really come to my home or office?
Yes. Home driveways, office parking lots, apartment and HOA garages, dealership lots: anywhere in Orange County where the car can be parked legally and safely for a few hours.
Is mobile service extra?
It depends on your location. If you are close by, the visit is often free; if you are farther away, a travel fee based on the distance is added. Tell us your city or ZIP code with the photos and the estimate will include it. Jobs outside Orange County are possible too.
What do you need on site?
Room to open the doors and walk around the car, and ideally shade or a garage. We bring our own lights. Direct midday sun makes dents hard to read, so a covered spot is better but not required.
Can you work in an HOA or apartment garage?
Usually yes. PDR is quiet, has no fumes, no sanding dust and no paint, so most HOAs and property managers have no objection. Let us know if the garage has a height limit.
How soon can you come?
We schedule by appointment, Mon–Sat 10am–8pm. Send photos first; you get an estimate and the next available days in the same message.
Do I need to be there during the repair?
Only to hand over access to the car and to check the result at the end. Many customers go back to work while we repair the car in the office lot.
